Countertop Install Foreman

Run quartz and natural stone installs from load-out to final set and lead the install crew. $35 to $42 an hour, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.

QBC LLC installs countertops and interior finishes on multifamily and commercial projects across Wisconsin. We need a foreman who knows stone, can run an install crew, and sets the standard on every kitchen and bath.

Pay and schedule

  • $35 to $42/hr, based on experience, with annual reviews
  • 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Overtime available, year-round work.
  • $1,000 sign-on bonus: $100 at 30 days, $150 at 45 days, $250 at 6 months, $500 at 1 year.

What you'll do

  • Run quartz and natural stone installs from load-out to final set
  • Lead your install crew and set the pace and the quality bar
  • Read shop drawings and templates, and verify measurements and site readiness before install day
  • Coordinate install dates with your Project Manager and the general contractor's superintendent
  • Train and develop the installers coming up behind you
  • Own quality and safety, including moving heavy material with the right crew and equipment: harnesses, A-frame carts, supports, etc.

What you bring

  • 2+ years of countertop or stone installation
  • Experience leading a crew, or ready to step into it
  • Able to read shop drawings and templates
  • Strength and stamina for heavy lifts, plus a steady hand for detail work
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites

No degree required.
