DeForest, WI home office. Live in the Madison or Milwaukee area and drive to your job sites or to the office each day.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, with site visits across your projects. Home office is DeForest, WI.

QBC LLC is a commercial subcontractor building multifamily and commercial projects across Wisconsin. You'll own the interior finishes scope on your projects from first look to closeout: base, case, doors, cabinetry and countertops. You'll typically run 2 to 5 projects at a time, ranging from 25 to 500 units, and report to the Owner/VP of Business Development. DeForest is the home office. You can live in the Madison or Milwaukee area and drive straight to your job sites, or to the office, each day.

Pay and schedule

$95,000 to $120,000 a year, based on experience, with annual reviews and performance raises
Company phone and laptop
Monday to Friday, with site visits across your projects
$1,000 sign-on bonus: $100 at 30 days, $150 at 45 days, $250 at 6 months, $500 at 1 year.

What you'll do

Plan: Learn every project deliverable before day one. Build the timeline, task list and labor hours for each scope.
Plan: Order material against lead times and set templating and measure dates.
Run: Track labor hours against budget and keep crews on schedule without going over.
Run: Manage change orders and keep both internal and general contractor PMs informed.
Run: Walk projects for quality with your Foremen.
Close: Drive punch lists to zero and hand over clean closeouts.

What you bring

3+ years in trim carpentry or interior finishes
Project management experience on multifamily or commercial jobs
Comfortable with schedules, budgets, Excel and programs like ConDoc and Procore
Valid driver's license

No degree required. If you know finishes and can lead crews to a deadline, we want to talk.
