Trim Foreman

• $36 to $44/hr, based on experience. Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half.
• A typical 50-hour week works out to about $99,000 to $121,000 a year.
• Crews start on site as early as 5 a.m., 45 to 55 hours a week. Early morning beats traffic and gets you done with work early in the afternoon.
• $1,000 sign-on bonus: $100 at 30 days, $150 at 45 days, $250 at 6 months, $500 at 1 year.

• Run a crew of 5 to 15 finish carpenters on your assigned project
• Plan the day with your PM and hold the crew to the schedule
• Work alongside your crew: doors, cabinets, base, case and other interior trim
• Train installers and raise the crew's speed and quality
• Receive and check material deliveries
• Approve your crew's daily time

• 2+ years of trim carpentry on multifamily projects
• Experience leading a crew, or ready to step up
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites

No degree required.
