Large orders are bought in one production lot so color matches from the first unit to the last. Cabinetry and finish carpentry are separate QBC scopes run by the same project manager.

How does a Fitchburg countertop project run?

Color and slab approvals, edge profiles, and the sink and cutout schedule are signed off in preconstruction and stone is ordered against lead times. Once base cabinets are permanently set, we laser template, program the cut file, fabricate, and install, usually the same crew that templated the unit. Standard lead time is 30 days or less from template to installation; smaller projects can turn in two weeks when the schedule allows. Four rounds of punch, then closeout with a 1 year labor warranty on installation.
