The same scope as our finish carpentry service page: interior doors, frames, and hardware including fire rated doors and panic hardware (CSI Division 08), base, case, window trim, and sills (Division 06), and architectural ceilings on some projects. Labor and materials under one contract. Cabinetry and countertops are separate QBC scopes run by the same project manager, so one contract can cover the whole interior. Stone sills come out of our own DeForest shop.

Submittals first. Door schedules, hardware schedules, and trim profiles get signed off in preconstruction and ordered against real lead times, so the doors are on site when the trim crew is. Before the first door hangs, the Foreman walks the building with the project manager and the whole crew goes over the plans on site.
