Multifamily trim, doors, and millwork for the Fox Valley and Lake Winnebago

Yes. Fond du Lac is at the south end of Lake Winnebago and the north end of the circle our crews travel from DeForest. QBC LLC's Trim Division installs doors, frames, hardware, base, case, window trim, and sills on multifamily and commercial projects for general contractors and developers, and the Fox Valley, Fond du Lac, Oshkosh, and Appleton, is an area we are actively building in.
We have not yet carried a finish carpentry scope in Fond du Lac itself. Our nearest named work is 20 minutes up Highway 41 in Oshkosh: Moon Property Apartments (Stevens Construction, finish carpentry, countertops, and cabinets) and Maxwell on Main (Stevens Construction, framing). The crews and project managers on those jobs are the same ones behind roughly 75 completed projects in Madison. When a Fond du Lac project is awarded it will be listed here.
The same scope as our finish carpentry service page: interior doors, frames, and hardware including fire rated doors and panic hardware (CSI Division 08), base, case, window trim, and sills (Division 06), and architectural ceilings on some projects. Labor and materials under one contract. Cabinetry and countertops are separate QBC scopes run by the same project manager, so one contract can cover the whole interior. Stone sills come out of our own DeForest shop.
Submittals first. Door schedules, hardware schedules, and trim profiles get signed off in preconstruction and ordered against real lead times, so the doors are on site when the trim crew is. Before the first door hangs, the Foreman walks the building with the project manager and the whole crew goes over the plans on site. Then unit after unit, four rounds of punch (ours, yours, the owner's, and final), and closeout with a 1 year labor warranty. One project manager for the length of the job. If you bundled cabinets and tops with us, the same project manager carries those too.
Send plans to bids@questbuildingcorp.com, or call 608-665-3304 and ask for Sales. We take off and bid every requested scope, labor and materials, under one contract. Most of our work comes through general contractors; if you're a developer who wants QBC on the job, see how developers put QBC on a project.
No. Our trim crews work for general contractors and developers on multifamily and commercial projects. The one place we work directly with homeowners is countertop packages.
Yes. Division 08 doors, frames, and hardware are installed by the same crews, under the same contract, as base, case, and trim.
One dedicated QBC project manager, from bid through closeout, for every scope we hold.
