Natural stone is where we add the most value. We own a fabrication facility in DeForest, Wisconsin, which gives us capabilities most subcontractors don't offer:
- Large multifamily and hospitality projects: we import quartz, quartzite, and granite from international sources, including offshore fabrication when the project scope warrants it
- All finishing and modifications happen at our local facility before install
- Custom and boutique projects: we source domestically and fabricate everything in-house
- Installation within approximately 100 miles of Madison, or we crate and ship for projects outside our labor radius
What makes our stone sourcing different is uniformity. We maintain ongoing relationships with the same quarries, so when you order in volume, the material matches across phases. That matters when you're working with brand standards or multi-building developments.
We also source value-engineered options for cabinetry, flooring, tile, hardware, exposed beams, decorative trusses, and structural wood products.
