Yes, in the suburbs, on selected projects. The Milwaukee area is the far edge of the 75 mile circle our crews travel from DeForest, so we bid it project by project rather than chasing everything, and the ones we take get the same project manager and the same four rounds of punch as a job ten minutes from the shop. Most of our work here has been in Wauwatosa and West Allis. We supply and install framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, and countertops for general contractors and developers on multifamily projects, under one contract with one project manager per job.
One set of area pages rather than one per suburb. Each lists the projects we have completed or have under contract, with the general contractor and the scopes.
Brookfield, Brown Deer, Waukesha, Menomonee Falls, Oak Creek, and the north shore are all inside the same circle.
Projects completed or under contract, with the general contractor:
Four of the five paired cabinets with countertops. That pairing is the reason to call us from Milwaukee: one project manager, one schedule, and the countertop template happens the week the cabinets are set.
Four scopes, bid separately or bundled:
We are about 90 minutes away, so we do not run a Foreman over for a 20-minute question. What we do instead is front-load the work. Submittals, samples, shop drawings, and site measurements get locked in preconstruction, deliveries are scheduled by building, and the crew stays on site through the scope rather than bouncing between jobs. On Harwood the trim, cabinet, and countertop scopes ran under one project manager, so the handoffs happened on one calendar instead of three.
Send plans to bids@questbuildingcorp.com, or call 608-665-3304 and ask for Sales. We take off and bid every requested scope, labor and materials, under one contract. If you are a developer who wants QBC on the job, see how developers put QBC on a project.
For the right project, yes. Our framing packages are built around a 75 mile circle from DeForest, and the western suburbs are at the edge of it, so ask.
Yes, through our countertop packages: granite and quartz installed, starting at $3,000, quoted from a simple hand drawing.
One dedicated QBC project manager, from bid through closeout, for every scope we hold.
